Reservation Terms & Conditions
Please note that all Reservations at Laki Kane are subject to the following terms and conditions:
🌴 Calls to our reservations line (020 7607 0766) are recorded for training and quality purposes.
🌴 We allow 15 minutes grace period after your reservation start time, after which your table may be released, and your reservation may be cancelled. Please note that although we endeavour to answer all calls, at peak times you may not be able to get through to us. Planning your journey in advance is recommended.
🌴 Below are the minimum notice periods we require for cancelling your Reservation. If cancellations are made outside of these notice periods, we reserve the right to retain your reservation deposits:
- For reservation between 1 and 14 guests – minimum 48 hours prior to your reservation
- For reservation of 15 or more guests – minimum 7 days prior to your reservation
- For full venue hire – minimum 28 days prior to your reservation
🌴 Change in your crew’s size? No worries, just let us know 24 hours in advance.
🌴 For some reservations a deposit and/or minimum spend may apply. Deposits are redeemable against your bill. In case of no-show, or if your party size has decreased and you haven’t let us know at least 24 hours prior to your reservation, we reserve the right to withhold part or whole of your deposit.
🌴 Voucher Reservations for experiences are subject to a maximum of three date changes. We will not be able to honour your voucher if not redeemed after the third date change. Fees may apply if you wish to extend the expiry date of your voucher.
🌴 Due to licensing restrictions, we sadly are not able to accommodate guests under the age of 18. Our venue operates Challenge 25 policy, if you appear to be under 25, you may be asked for identification.
🌴 To prove your age we require a valid form of ID (passport/driving license). We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service if a valid ID isn’t provided.
🌴 Our dress code is smart casual. Please refrain from wearing sportswear, loungewear, and beachwear, including tracksuits, gym leggings, shorts and flip-flops.
🌴 Reservations are at the discretion of our Management team and we reserve the right to refuse Reservations, including for blacklisted customers or where payments are rejected due to fraud prevention checks.
🌴 Please note that a discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to your bill on both our table and bar service.
🌴 All ticket purchases will be subject to a Reservation fee and tickets are non-refundable.
🌴 Experience Reservations are subject to a minimum number of seats booked, and all experiences, deposits, pre-orders and package pre-payments are non-refundable.
🌴 In unforeseen circumstances that fall out of our control we reserve the right to move or cancel reservations.
🌴 We are unfortunately no longer able to accommodate pet dogs at any time of day.
🌴 External Cake Policy – Guests are welcome to bring an external cake for their celebration; however, a £30 cake fee will apply per table. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for the storage, handling, or any potential damage to cakes brought from outside. All cakes are brought at the guest’s own risk.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift Card and/or Voucher will mean a prepaid stored-value card, promotional material such as a flier/leaflet/card or electronic/digital voucher issued by Laki Kane, which can be used as a substitute for cash to purchase food and drink, or experiences up to the monetary value loaded onto the card or voucher.
The terms “Gift Card” and “Voucher” are used interchangeably to refer to the same instrument throughout the terms below.
- Each Voucher/ Gift card can only be redeemed once.
- Only one Voucher/ Gift card can be redeemed per booking.
- The Voucher/ Gift card holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The Voucher/ Gift card can only be used in exchange for services of equivalent value.
- The Voucher/ Gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- The Voucher/ Gift card can be redeemed on experiences, food, and drinks at Laki Kane.
- You can redeem your Voucher/Gift card only by making a reservation. We will not be able to redeem Vouchers/ Gift Cards presented by guests to the venue, if no prior reservation is made.
- Lost or stolen Voucher/ Gift card cannot be replaced or refunded.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- The Voucher/ Gift card can not be redeemed after the expiry date.
Miss Jones Exclusive, including the above, plus;
- The gift card is redeemable at Laki Kane and is exclusively valid for use Monday to Thursday.
- Laki Kane reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Premium Rum Making Experience
How it works:
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and you’ll receive a voucher and booking information to you, or directly to the recipient. Then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
Participant Guidelines:
- Minimum age: 18
- There is no disabled access
- Due to the use of hot liquids, the experience is not recommended for people with serious disabilities or pregnant women
- Please mention any food /drinks related allergies to staff before commencement
- No spectators or children are permitted
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
Availability:
The experience is available Fridays (17.30) and Saturdays (16.30) (subject to demand) throughout the year. Excluded dates may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours for the full experience.
Please note this is a group experience and you may have to participate in groups of up to 18 guests.
What about insurance?
We hold public liability insurance.
You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
Please ensure you are familiar with these terms and conditions prior to your experience.
Rum Tasting Experience (with Sharing Cocktail)
Participant Guidelines:

- 🌴This experience is self guided
- 🌴There is no disabled access
- 🌴Please mention any food /drinks related allergies to staff before commencement
- 🌴No spectators or children are permitted
- 🌴The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability:
The experience is available Monday to Friday throughout the year at the following times:
Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs: 17.00 – 21.00
Fridays: 17.00 – 18.30.
Excluded dates may apply.
Full contact details are required at time of booking.
Please select a date, your desired time of arrival so we can check availability and book you in.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour for the full experience.
2 hour time slot can be booked if you would like to stay for dinner and more drinks.
If you need to change the date of your experience, we do require 48 hours minimum notice.
Please arrive on time as group sessions will not wait for late running guests, please call us if you’re running late so we can accommodate you.

We allow a courtesy wait time of 15 minutes from the time of your reservation before your table is released.
Tropical Cocktail Masterclass

Mon, Tue, Wed and Thu: 17:00 – 21:00
Fri: 17:00 – 18:30.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour for the full experience.
We can book you in for a 2 hours’ time slot if you would like to stay for some nibbles/drinks.
Please choose the date, time of arrival and we can check availability and book you in.
We will need a full name and mobile number too.
If you need to change the date of your experience, we do require 48 hours minimum notice!

Tropical Rewards Club
After your booking with us, you will be entered into the Tropical Rewards Club that rewards repeat visits to the venue. The following T&C’s apply to those enrolled;
🌴 Eligibility: Membership in the Tropical Rewards Club is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
🌴 Email Requirement: To ensure proper recognition and tracking of rewards, members must use the same contact details (email address and mobile) for each booking. The rewards system relies on this consistency for accurate redemption and tracking of member benefits.
🌴 Offer Limitations: Rewards and discounts provided through the Tropical Rewards Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount available on the night of redemption. Only one offer may be applied per visit, and offers cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated otherwise.
🌴 Membership Tiers: The rewards scheme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum.. Each tier offers specific benefits and privileges.
🌴 Reward Redemption: Members are eligible to redeem rewards based on their tier level. Rewards may include discounts on dining, complimentary beverages, and exclusive experiences.
🌴 Visit Requirements: To qualify for rewards, members must adhere to the visit requirements specified for each offer. Offers are valid for visits made from Sunday to Thursday only, unless otherwise stated and are valid for 30 days from redemption, unless otherwise stated.
Redemption Limits: Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Each reward offer has a limit of one redemption per visit unless otherwise specified.
🌴 Reservation Policy: Advanced booking is required for all rewards. Members are encouraged to make a booking or contact the reservations team directly for assistance and availability.
🌴 Expiration: Rewards may have expiration dates specified at the time of issuance.
🌴 Program Changes: The Tropical Island Rewards Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards scheme, including changes to membership tiers, benefits, and terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
🌴 Compliance: By participating in the rewards scheme, members agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth.
🌴 Agreement: Membership in the rewards scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
